obviously we need members.....I say we have an incentive system where if you get an x number of people to join you will get a award (custom rank, giftcards, ect.). We can have certain tiers in which you get different awards for each one. Thoughts?

I am for this. I feel that if we recruit more members, our activity will increase as well. I'm more than happy to throw in some sort of gift; custom rank and giftcards sound good, perhaps we can offer more?
I guess we can hold a referral contest, where whichever member recruits the most people will win, and there will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes for those close behind.
