PS4 or Xbox One?

Which one is better? Why?

well, as the xbox one has yet to be released, I guess PS4 wins by default as it has a current advantage over the 360.

not really....still information on Xbox one such as content, hardware, ect.

but it is a cool $100 cheaper for basically the same insides.

eh...with the Xbox One the kinect comes with the console so that itself is a 100 dollar value. I reccomend you all go to xbox's youtube page and watch their most recent demo, I was actually farely suprised and how well the kinect and voice control was working.

But the problem is that most people don't want the kinect included. The PS4's kinect version costs much less, but it is a lesser product in terms of usage.

Kinect 2.0 is so much better then the new one, and PS4 eyetoy is useless. Xbox has the better software, hardware, exclusives, and community. It also has hdmi input and output aswell as cable connection meaning you can also watch tv on it.... this eliminates the need for cofusing cords or switching inputs. The voice recognition software on the kinect is also sweet allowing you to easily switch from your game to tv with ease. xbox is going to win the next-gen console wars. Everyone just hates on the Xbox one because of their dismal showing and press coverage they recieved during the summer but they have fixed all of their problems and have really redefined the idea of an "entertainment console".

PS4 is much better. the graphics are a lot better and the experience is altogether great. lets be honest -- nobody actively uses kinect. i mean sure it might be free included with it but that's probably just because they think the xbox one is worse than the ps4. all the sales go towards ps4 too

I think, as Render said, it is truly impossible to tell because Xbox One isn't released yet. You can speculate all you want, but the true success will be determined with the system is released to the mass public.
