Maplestory is now nearly dead (US ver)

Well, I've seen lots of channels empty recently and it makes me wonder whay has caused this. Maplestory is generally a high variety game. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the ticket support considering only text bots answer tickets people file in. I believe that automated massages ruin the quality of Nexon's services and they should use real people to type the messages to help solve the problem the players are having.

MS is corrupt: too many gold farmers and Nexon doesn't do anything.
